Paris is going back to jail. To serve all 45 days — but I assume that really means 23 days minus time served … Appeals are sure to come. (And it would appear that TMZ and MSNBC have a partnership?)

You know, MSNBC claims it’s a serious news channel, but I think Friday’s anchors took a lot of glee in their role as paparazzi.

Seriously, can this end now?
