Weren’t we just talking about cuts newspapers are making?
• The News & Records in Greensboro, N.C., is laying off 41 staffers.
• The Minneapolis Star Tribune has approved 50 newsroom buyouts
• The Baltimore Sun cut 45 staffers — 41 through buyouts, four through layoffs.
