News Corp., of Fox News fame, has sold eight of its 35 TV stations for $1.1 billion, including two in Missouri: St. Louis’s KTVI and Kansas City’s WDAF. The other stations are in Cleveland; Denver; Greensboro, N.C.; Milwaukee; Salt Lake City; and Birmingham, Ala. News Corp. still has 27 stations.
