Tonight we’re playing President Bingo!
I’m behind on posts.
I will soon have September’s numbers for newspapers that use Twitters — data collected, mostly crunched, just needs some finishing touches. I’m also a little behind on updating layoffs and buyouts. (My bid to get newspapers to stop laying off people is not working.)
But in the meantime, just in time for tonight’s presidential debate, I have a new site: Presidential Bingo. Enjoy!
(And I’ll get caught up on those other posts very soon, I promise.)

Debate bingo is awesome. How’d you build it?
It’s JavaScript — I wanted to be able to change up what the squares said so no two cards are the same. I’m learning to love arrays. (The pirate name generator a few weeks ago was my first real adventure with arrays.) I thought about doing it in Flash, but I haven’t played with Flash for awhile and I wanted to get it (started and) finished yesterday. I already have some improvements in mind for future bingo cards.
Awesome work, as usual. I love this concept, haha.
