Did you parse the E&amp;P page, or wikipedia&#039;s, or just hand-transcribe? Interested to hear methodology if you did it by machine.  (I parsed it -- the graph widget I used doesn&#039;t have geolocation, so I had to smash it against a list of lat-long-for-US-cities.)</description>
