		<description>Another way of doing this is:
1. Create your table in excel.
2. Go to file&gt;save as and select to save as html
3. Open the html version in your internet browser
4. Right click your mouse (or apple click) and select &#039;view source&#039; from the drop down menu
5. You&#039;ll get a page with all the html code - simply scroll down and find the bit that starts  and copy and paste that code into your conetnet management system.

This method is good because the resultant table will retain any formatting that you used in excel (ie cell/column/row borders, cells with a background colour etc).</description>
